Confirmation of acceptance of the order is generated by a “Booking Confirmation” with its number. The signed confirmation is the only basis for acceptance of the rental terms and conditions, any changes, and complaints.

Rental quotes are prepared based on information provided by the Lessor and are valid for 7 days, unless otherwise agreed. The route is chosen by the Carrier, unless the Lessor has clearly specified it in the order.

On the booking confirmation, the Lessor receives full information about the rental costs, types of fees (road tolls, parking fees, taxes, etc.) and whether they are included in the price or not.
The company reserves the right to charge fees for damage caused by the Lessee and/or passengers during the journey, based on a report and photos of the damage prepared by the driver together with the Lessee.

When picking up passengers from the airport, the coach/vehicle will wait free of charge for up to one hour after the scheduled landing time of the plane. After this time, each additional hour started will be charged at PLN 100 for coaches and PLN 50 for other vehicles, plus 8% VAT.

Coaches/vehicles are not equipped to transport animals and they may not be transported unless the Carrier agrees to this.

Any change to the route or additional usage time must be agreed with the Carrier and is subject to an additional fee.

Cancellation up to 14 days before the rental date – no charge.
Cancellation between 14 days and 3 days before the rental date – 50% of the rental fee.
Cancellation within 48 hours before the rental date – 100% of the rental fee.

All passengers are covered by accident insurance. The insurance only covers incidents that may occur while passengers are in the coach/vehicle. Any other incidents causing damage outside the coach/vehicle are not covered by this insurance.
